Pictures from when Granny was here

Exhibit A: For those of you who have never had a baby with Thrush...this is what it looks like. We thought this picture was so hilarious. It looks like he has a marshmellow in his mouth. Thank goodness it doesn't look like that anymore! A little medicine for a few weeks and it cleared right up!

It was so great to have granny here. I can't believe how small he was. He has definitely grown in the last couple of months.

Carter's Birthday

Well, this is me the day that Carter was born. If you look at the clock you can see that it was 5:30am. We had to be at the hospital at 6:00 for the induction. Carter finally showed up around 4:30pm.

Here he is only a few hours old. He created a few issues with delivery because his hand was on his face, so his shoulder and head came out all at once, but we were very excited to have him here with us! He still keeps his hands near his face most of the time.

Well, I've finally done it. After lots of pestering from Steph, I've created a blog for our family. It probably should have been named "Carter News" since I am sure that is what it will mainly consist of. Here are a couple of pictures. I can't believe he is already almost six weeks old. Time flies!
