Carter's Birthday

 Carter had a great birthday this year.  He got to take treats into preschool and go out to dinner with Mom and Dad.   Then a couple days later he had his party with a few friends.  It was a Wild Kratts party and I made the vests they are wearing (Creature Power Suits).  It was a big hit.  We then headed to Chuck E. Cheese for cupcakes and games.  I think everyone had a great time.  Carter makes sure he has his vest on everyday at five o'clock when Wild Kratts comes on PBS.

This ended up being a Nano bug birthday.  Carter had asked for some "bug tracks", for his nano bugs and ended up getting a ton!  Thanks Me-maw and Uncle Ben.  Both of the kids love playing with these bugs.

Here is a close up of the vests.  Way too much craftiness for me.  I'll have to remind myself that next year.  Thanks to everyone who made Carter's birthday special!

Seriously, where do these kids come up with this stuff?  I'm sure that Nate and Jeremy(Nate's friend) can be assured that their assets will be in good hands since our five year old is so concerned about them. Remind me why I decided to stay in Kentucky again?
