Thumb Sucker

Well, I think it is official.  Kennedy is a thumb sucker.  I've tried time and time again to pull out her thumb and put in a pacifier, but now she's pretty much sucking her thumb through the night.  Since I was a thumb sucker I guess it is only fair that at least one of my kids be.  It may be convenient at first not to have to always have a pacifier on hand, but it is much more of an issue later when you would like it to disappear.  I think I sucked my thumb till I was about 4, let's hope Kennedy doesn't do it that long.

Well, the SD card in our camera broke in half so I can't take any pictures until we get a new one.  I just hope I can get them off the card since I hadn't downloaded them all to the computer yet.  So it may be a little bit till I have pictures to post. 

Things I love about Kennedy

1) She sleeps through the night!
2) Her smiles
3) Her coos
4) The frowns she makes when she is startled
5) How chunky she is

I must admit that baby girl clothes are so cute that I could post an outfit everyday.  The dress is from my friend Faith, and the bow was made by my friend Kauti.  Thanks for helping my little girl be adorable. 

The Air Show

Nate and Carter headed up to the Dayton Air Show this past weekend. They had a great time and got to see the Blue Angels.  They also had a bunch of inflatables for the kids that Carter couldn't get enough of.  Check out that slide--it's huge.  Here he is on it:

Kennedy is starting to ham it up for the camera. I love it!

Summer is all about fun in the sun.  We had a great time spending the day at grandma's house while Coleman was in town.  The brothers broke the slip n' slide after a few races, but boy was it worth it.
