Walker Fun!

Carter's grandma got him a walker toy for an early Christmas present. She figured that he wouldn't really need the walking part by December. She was probably right too, cause he has already taken a few steps. He may be walking by Christmas--if not, he'll be really close to it. Anyway, he loves to play with it and he is getting better and better at walking behind it. He also loves to push it over and tends to fall on it now and then. It has caused several bumps and bruises, but it is so much fun.

Peek-a-boo

We thought this was adorable--not that he has really done it since. Sorry about the shaky camera--I was just laughing and couldn't keep it still. He sure is cute though, isn't he.

Happy Halloween!!

Here are our last minute Halloween costumes for a party we went to on Saturday. We went to the goodwill and spent $9 for all three of us. But we had lots of fun--even though Carter was quite tired. No trick-or-treating for us this year, so the only other costume Carter has is his Jack-O-Lantern sweatshirt. Too bad it has been too warm to wear it much. Cincinnati seems to be skipping over Fall this year.

Fall Festival

Last Saturday we had our annual ward "Fall Festival". It is out at Nate's parents house and they have a chili cook off. Nate won first place for his chili this year. It is super spicy! Carter and I went with my friend Erika and her two kids on the hayride to Nate's grandmas house. They even had pumpkins hidden for all the kids to find. Notice what Carter wanted to do with his. We found ours up in a tree--probably the only one that wasn't on the ground. It was a little crazy--much more like an easter egg hunt than a pumpkin patch. There were about 40 primary kids and only four or five adults. It was fun though.

Daddy Days

Carter loves to play with his daddy. He gets so excited everyday when he comes home from work. Nate is also quite a bit more creative in the silly things they do together. Carter loves it.

Carter has a thing for putting cloth in his mouth and then crawling around with it. He looks like a little doggie. It is so silly--and we love it!

Here is our first attempt at video. Here he is in action.
